    7. How to assemble Hoa Sen PVC-U pipes?

      --> There are 2 methods of assembling PVC-U Hoa Sen pipes:
       
      Method of joining PVC-U pipes with glue
       
      Step 1: Clean the contact surface between the pipe and the connector. Mark the length to be installed on the top of the pipe.
       
      Step 2: Use a brush to quickly apply adhesive to the marked end of the tube and the inside of the connector.
       
      Step 3: Quickly, forcefully push the connector to the marked position, do not rotate.
       
      Step 4: Use a rag to clean excess glue on the joint. The joint after attaching must be left to dry, not shaken for at least 5 minutes.
       
      Note: Do not apply too much glue, residual glue will destroy the joint.
       
      Method of connecting PVC-U pipes with Rubber Gaskets
       
      Step 1: Clean the rubber gasket mounting groove and pipe end.
       
      Step 2: Reduce the diameter of the rubber gasket, then install it in the groove containing the rubber gasket.
       
      Step 3: Apply the soap solution to the beveled end of the tube and the inside of the rubber gasket,
       
      Step 4: Put the tube in line, use the tool to install the tube in the marked position. Check the position of the rubber gasket with a thin ruler or a foil."

    8. How to preserve Hoa Sen PVC-U plastic pipes?

      --> To ensure the quality, maintain the use time and keep the appearance of PVC-U pipes, customers need to carry out the preservation according to the following methods:
       
      Preservation during transportation
       
      - Do not pull the pipes along the ground, avoid hitting the pipes and fittings against hard surfaces.
       
      - When transporting pipes, it is recommended to use trucks with flat floors. The floor of the vehicle must be clean, free of nails or other protrusions.
       
      - Pay attention to arrange thick pipes first, thin pipes after.
       
      Preservation during storage
       
      - Pipes must be stacked on a rack placed on a suitable flat surface, the maximum distance between two support columns is 1.5m, the surface of the support column is at least 50mm.
       
      - Do not expose pipes to fuel, solvents or paint.
       
      - Do not stack pipes higher than 2m because it can cause deformation of pipes.
       
      - Do not store the tube in direct sunlight.
       
      - For end sockets, the ends must not touch each other.
       
      Particularly for rubber gasket pipes, it is necessary to perform the following methods:
       
      - Rubber gaskets must be stored away from heat sources, chemicals, solvents.
       
      - Do not stack to avoid deformation of the rubber gasket."

      Resistance welding method
       
      Step 1: Roughen the surface to be glued of the pipe with a depth of 0.2mm - 0.4mm.
       
      Step 2: Wipe the surfaces to be glued, mark on the pipe the position to be installed.
       
      Step 3: Insert the pipe into the fitting in the correct position, create a connection between the pipe and the fitting using a heat sealing device according to the instructions for the fitting…
