Hoa Sen HDPE plastic pipes joining method:
– Butt fusion method:
- Pre-cut and clean the pipe ends to be glued;
- Heat both sides of the pipe ends to be glued;
- Tightly press and hold both sides of the pipe end to be glued together until the socket is firm;
– Electrofusion welding method:
- Roughen the surface of the pipe to be glued to a depth of 0.2mm – 0.4mm;
- Clean the surfaces to be glued, and mark the installation position on the pipe;
- Install pipes and fittings in the correct positions, then join them with heat welding equipment according to the fitting instruction specifications.
– Rubber joint fusion method
- Bevel the pipe ends to be joined;
- Clean the surfaces to be joined;
- Connect the pipe ends to the fitting and secure the clamp to the fitting’s body.
