Hoa Sen PVC-U conduit includes rigid conduit (standard: BS EN 61386-21:2004+A11:2010) and flexible conduit (standard: BS EN 61386-22:2004+A11 :2010). The product features excellent impact resistance, outstanding safety and durability, high oxidation resistance and fire resistance.

Rigid conduit (round conduit)

Rigid conduit is manufactured according to the (European) standard BS EN 61386-21:2004+A11:2010. Pipes are available in a variety of specifications from Ø16 – 63mm with compression capacity ranging from 320N, 750N, 1250N to meet the needs and purposes of each customer.

Flexible conduit (corrugated conduit)

Flexible conduit is manufactured using modern European technology and meets the standard BS EN 61386-22:2004+A11:2010 with specifications ranging from Ø16 – 50 mm. The product is fireproof, electrical insulating, and protects the civil and industrial electrical systems.

Operation and assembly:

• It is necessary to calculate and choose the wires as well as the conduit size so that the type of conduit is suitable for the number of wires in it.
• When cutting or bending pipes, use specialized tools (pipe cutters, pipe bending springs, …);
• Install pipes in working temperature place (-5°C to 60°C);
• Do not pull the wire through the conduit too densely, because you cannot add more wires when there is a needs for renovating or upgrading the electrical system;
• The pipe must be sealed during installation to prevent dust and moisture;
• Do not use low-quality conduit that is easily damaged, such as broken, broken, snapped, dented, or has a low bearing capacity…
• When repairing or replacing wall pipe systems, avoid breaking the pipe with a drill or concrete breaker.
• Avoid hooking or hanging heavy objects on the pipe.
